shaft protrudes slightly beyond the bottom surface of the wind vane.

Please note that for best reception during initial reception, the console
and ISS should be at least 10 feet (3 meters) apart. Also note that while
inital reception of a packet usually happens within 2 or 3 minutes, it may
take up to 10 minutes depending on specic environmental conditions.
